Once we receive your referral, we contact you directly to introduce ourselves and arrange a convenient appointment at your home, rest home, or clinic.

Assessment

We visit you at your location and carry out a full clinical assessment of your condition, mobility needs, and lifestyle goals.

Prescription

Based on your assessment, we prescribe the most appropriate orthotic solution for your body and explain clearlywhat we are recommending and why.

Measure and Order

We take all necessary measurements and manage the entire ordering process. Nothing for you to follow up on.

Fitting

We return to your location to fit your device, ensuring it feels right, functions correctly, and that you and your caregivers understand how to use it properly.

Adjustments

If anything needs changing, we take care of it until everything feels exactly as it should.

Follow-Up
